Proposals & enablement
Draft clearer B2B proposals from approved scope
Turn a structured opportunity brief into a readable proposal while keeping scope, pricing, and commitments under control.
AI can organize an approved offer; it should not decide what your company has agreed to deliver.

Make the scope authoritative
Build a source brief with customer objective, deliverables, exclusions, responsibilities, commercial terms, and approval owner. Include the proposal version and links to the approved estimate or pricing record. Treat missing scope as a question for the salesperson or delivery team.
Ask AI to organize these facts into a proposal outline. Do not let it fill gaps with common industry practice. A standard-sounding promise about support hours or implementation timing can create a delivery expectation your company cannot meet.

Write for the buying committee
Use sections for the current situation, proposed work, responsibilities, timeline, commercial terms, and next step. Explain why each deliverable matters using the buyer’s documented goals. Avoid a long company introduction before the reader can understand the offer.
If the proposal includes options, identify exactly what changes between them. Keep optional work separate from the base scope. Reference approved case studies only when they apply; do not borrow a result from another service and imply the same outcome is typical here.
Review the draft against the source
Check names, quantities, dates, prices, exclusions, and contract references field by field. The delivery owner should review feasibility while the sales owner checks the buyer’s stated priorities. Grammar review is not a substitute for checking the commitments.
Store the draft and approved version in the opportunity record. If the scope changes, replace the proposal version clearly. Measure drafting time, review effort, factual corrections, and clarification questions from buyers before deciding whether to expand the workflow.
Proposal review checklist
- Customer objective is based on documented discovery.
- Included and excluded work are clearly separated.
- Prices and terms match the approved source.
- Delivery and sales owners approve their respective commitments.
- One current version and one next step are visible.
A prompt to adapt
Draft a B2B proposal outline using only the approved brief below. Include objective, deliverables, exclusions, responsibilities, timeline, commercial terms, and next step. Mark missing information as a question. Do not invent results, prices, warranties, or delivery promises.
Use fictional or anonymized examples while testing. Add your approved business rules before using a draft.Questions or corrections?
