Who can access it
The recap lists Notetaker with Smart Deal Progression for Starter and Sales Hub or Service Hub Professional and above. Mobile Notetaker requires seated Sales Hub or Service Hub Professional-or-higher users. Prospecting plays and Buying Groups have separate private- and public-beta requirements. Check the current Product Updates panel in your account before planning a rollout.
Why it matters for sales teams
Our take: the useful change is the handoff from a conversation to an accountable next step. Pilot it on a few meetings and compare the suggested CRM changes with what the buyer actually agreed. Assign someone to review outputs before enabling automatic approvals.
